Ceremony Productions

Over the past ten years, we have thrived on new ideas and unique, innovative formats, working with our clients and partners to create award-winning events and milestone show productions.

This is how we do it

Let’s make them fans

We know how to move audiences and create a fan-base. The creative prototyping of potential user journeys makes our concepts reliable.

Collaboration is key

Ideation and process workshops guarantee plenty of essential face time with our clients, encouraging them to think big. Whether they bring the idea or we find the big idea together, the process remains collective and is steered by our industry experts.

Taking your idea to the next level

Developing an impactful concept means beginning with a few basic steps. Let’s discover the target audience, assess the problem or opportunity, create great solutions, and finally detail the project framework.

Based on these insights, we craft a relevant and bespoke concept that is ripe for your audience, financial scope, and expected impact.

Onboarding stakeholders

Convincing others is not always easy, but making the ideas easy to understand can be.

Once our creatives start to bring the concept to life, little will be left to the imagination (or lack thereof).

Engineering innovation

We revel in the chance to redefine what is possible for an audience. We start with strategic experimentation then discover alternate uses of the latest technologies as tools for dramatic expression.

Working in unison across the show-related and technical departments, our expertise in technical direction guarantees a seamless workflow off and on-site while being conscious of the budget and realistic about time planning.

Bringing your vision to life

Defining the script, a correct tone of voice, and design aesthetics from music to motion graphics and choreography: This is where the diversity of our team really shines.

These elements elicit an emotional connection, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the experience surrounding them.

Leveraging all layers of engagement

We design new worlds with Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Projection Mapping and a clever mix of multimedia - turning stages, sets and sites into elevated realities. Our motion designers compose initial video style frames, and a lighting design is created for our scenography.

The run of show

With over a decade of experience to rely on, we have become experts in anticipating and considering every possible requirement, need, and desire for delivering a flawless show.

As your production begins to come to life it is our job to make sure no detail is overlooked and that time itself is met with a carefully orchestrated set of plans. Our Run of Show document is an integral piece of our production routine hosting a second-by-second flow of the activation across all departments. We cue everything and leave nothing to chance.

We only dance if it’s choreographed

Every possible outcome is carefully choreographed to make sure there are no surprises on the day of the show. Even our contingency plans have contingency plans. Because, after all, the show must go on. And we are making sure it will.

We come from mixed professional backgrounds in international-level show production and live entertainment. While for our clients, show day is the most important, we realised that for us, it is the weeks and days leading up to the event that are most crucial. This is where we get to flex our muscles by managing intricate and complex workflows, and striving for perfection.

In rehearsals, we ensure that everything we have planned will be executed perfectly. We have a bird’s eye view of the production, observing the process and resulting impact on the event space, backstage, and beyond.

In Short: At BRS our approach can be customized to fit the needs of our clients. Putting together some of the most demanding international activations, we understand the intricacies and level of production our partners have come to expect.

This comes down to an ongoing process of improving our standards, always pushing for leaner, more impactful and spectacular experiences.
